4dyes3 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

To register and use the 4dyes3, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years at the date of registration
• A resident of Malaysia with an active Malaysian phone number
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period requested from 4dyes3
• Not representing a business entity — accounts are for personal use only

4dyes3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that are unable to verify eligibility within the specified timeframe will be suspended until verification is complete. Any funds held in a suspended account will be returned in full to the original payment method once the verification process has been successfully completed.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 4dyes3. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being terminated and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.
